Quintava Consulting is founded and led by Abdul Rafay Afzal, Chief Executive Officer.
Abdul Rafay Afzal brings Five years of experience across international journalism, legal and policy analysis, institutional engagement, media diplomacy, international cooperation, and cross-border advisory work.
His work has involved engagement with public-sector officials, policy stakeholders, media institutions, civil society platforms, and international partners, with particular exposure to emerging and frontier-market cooperation across South Asia, the Horn of Africa, the Gulf, and related regions.
Through Quintava Consulting, this experience is structured into a professional advisory platform focused on strategic cooperation, investment facilitation, public-private initiatives, trade, healthcare, education, energy, institutional communication, and selected international projects.
